Aluminium T6 Heat Treatment Furnaces

These furnaces, which we manufacture specifically for companies producing components for the defence industry, are used to carry out the aluminium T6 heat treatment process.

Aluminium T6 Heat Treatment Furnaces are designed with high precision for solution heat treatment processes, which are applied to improve the mechanical properties of aluminium alloys.

Used in the defence industry, aerospace, automotive, rail systems and production processes requiring high-level engineering, these systems ensure temperature uniformity throughout the process and consistent production quality.

In furnaces featuring a drop-bottom design, aluminium components heated to the solution heat treatment temperature are transferred to the quenching tank within 10–15 seconds, in accordance with process requirements. The components are then transferred to the Aluminium Ageing Furnace to complete the T6 heat treatment process.

Each system is designed and manufactured specifically for the project, taking into account production capacity, workpiece dimensions, alloy type and process requirements.
