Die heating furnaces are designed and produced according to customers demands. 3 steps heating provides increased die life because dies are exposed to 450 C very short time as compared to conventional die heating furnaces.
Additionally first step is heated up by utilisation of flue gasses. Therefore these furnaces are very cost effective solutions for die heating. We also produce contentional type electrically or gas heated die heating ovens.
