Controlled Atmosphere Furnaces
In some cases it is necessary to controll the atmosphere inside the furnace. For example it is quite important to controll Carbon potential inside the oven
for controlled hardening case depth and diffused carbon rate for steel hardening process.
We are able to produce such furnaces in batch type or continious type.
Endogas system or Nitrogen methanol system can be used for atmosphere control.
These furnaces are fully automated and all parameters are automatically controlled by utilisation of PLC system wit other required equipments.
