In these furnaces, which we manufacture for companies that produce welding electrodes, rutile, basic, and stainless steel electrodes of various diameters are baked and dried.

Electrode Baking Furnaces are industrial heat treatment furnaces developed to ensure that the coating material in welding electrode production processes acquires the desired mechanical and chemical properties.

Electrode Baking Furnaces, custom designed by Acar Teknolojik Sistemler for each project, are manufactured with either electric or natural gas heating depending on the product type, electrode diameter, and production capacity. In chamber type furnaces with an operating temperature of approximately 400°C, highly efficient hot air circulation ensures a very homogeneous temperature distribution, resulting in a high quality electrode baking process.

Tunnel type furnaces, used for pre drying processes in electrode production lines, operate at a temperature of approximately 120°C, ensuring that electrodes undergo a controlled pre drying process. This process helps remove moisture before proceeding to the baking stage and contributes to the more efficient execution of subsequent processes.

Thanks to the PLC controlled automation system, precise temperature control, and optional SCADA integration, process parameters can be continuously monitored and recorded.
